“A cloud weighs like, ten thousand tons.” What? is the first thought I formed hearing that statement. Don’t clouds float? Why aren’t they falling? That doesn’t sound right, does it? I wasn’t sure, so I searched it up.
There are so many odd things in the world, and had I been born just 50 years ago, I probably wouldn’t know about most of them. The internet brought us information to our fingertips, and we could spend years searching through it while only scraping the surface of the universe as it is. It’s our choice to use it as our magnifying glass to understand the intricacies of existence, or spend the rest of our lives chasing the supposed “untouchable” feeling of knowing what we and our world actually are.
And no, clouds don’t actually weigh ten thousand tons. They weigh a million. But you won’t know if I’m lying or not unless you search for the truth.
